Digital cutting lists
ConstruSteel Online offers digital cutting lists on desktop, tablet and phone for cutting steel with a manual controlled band-sawing machine or CNC-machines for steel fabrication. The cutting list software calculates the most efficient cutting plan for your workshop taking machine properties into account.
Due to the powerful and advanced bar nesting algorithm, all the steel beams, bars and flat bars will be nested for the most efficient cutting plan for steel profiles. The cutlist calculator of ConstruSteel Online uses automatic 3D part nesting / rotation in order to minimise the number of cuts and use of material.
Digital cutting plan for machine operator
ConstruSteel Online provides the machine operator a digitised cutting plan presented on a mobile phone or tablet. Via the cutlist optimiser, all the cutting data for steel profile cutting is available in the workshop. After cutting steel (manual or CNC), the status of the fabricated steel cutting batch, or steel production batch, can be confirmed by the machine operator as ‘produced’.
