Financial Workflow

Showing production and financial information in a clear way is key in the solution Financial Workflow. The solution makes it possible to make comparisons by using charts.

Every ConstruSteel user can individually set which data should be displayed. Also a personal action list or to-do-list can be kept in order to immediately have insight into purchase invoices that have to be checked or proforma sales invoices that have to be sent out.

Functionalities

• Turnover per month (or by period) including comparison with this period in previous years.
• Purchase costs including the equations.
• Registered hours including the equations.
• Number of quotations per period (by type) including the equations.
• Number of released quotations by type by calculator including features like sums and tonnage.
• Number of released quotations compared to non-released quotations including the equations.
• Graphical representation of the work in progress.
• Graphical representation of budget control by cost type and by project.

For the planner or buyer the following may be required:

• Overview of projects for purchasing (projects including tonnage)
• Overview shipments per period (order numbers and delivery dates)
• Overview total shipments per period (incoming and outgoing transport movements)
