Advanced Scribing for Tekla – Secondary Parts

Alignment on holes in plates

Additional lines can be added located at the position of holes. If for example a plate with holes is welded to the main part, lines will be set on the main part perpendicular to the holes on the secondary part. If scribing on secondary parts is active, also a line will be placed on the secondary part for improved alignment.

The amount of lines to be scribed can be minimised by drawing them under the welded surface, this is a setting in the Advanced Scribing for Tekla.
