3D CAD Import

ConstruSteel has developed an integration with CAD software Tekla Structures to import the model directly from Tekla into the ConstruSteel software solution. Besides the Tekla import, ConstruSteel can import 3D models from any other CAD program using DSTV data.

With the 3D CAD Import software solution it is also possible to quickly import an Excel list with position numbers and assemblies, with the possibility to link the DSTV files to position numbers. Thanks to this export, the geometric (CNC) information from the DSTV files and assembly structure can be adopted.

The 3D CAD Import software solution is part of the packages MRP Standard and MRP Premium.
