ConstruSteel launches version 2019.3
ConstruSteel proudly launches version 2019.3 and provides the next step in optimising the world of steel. This version contains a number of important developments for steel construction and fabrication companies. The improvements and innovations are driven by continuous cooperation with our customers and their feedback and that is what ConstruSteel is all about.

ConstruSteel customers receive the release notes when this update is rolled out. Below you will find some highlights of the latest version of ConstruSteel.
General
ConstruSteel has been working with a new online service desk for a couple of months. The new online service desk offers insight into current questions, feature requests and issues of ConstruSteel users. The user can check status and history of all feature requests. In version 2019.3 we have implemented many feature requests of our clients in the software. You can view all developments in the release notes.
Performance
Support for Microsoft SQL Server was presented in the release of version 2018.2. Many steel construction and fabrication companies use applications operating with Microsoft SQL Server. In addition to support Microsoft SQL Server, other performance improvements have been implemented throughout the entire ConstruSteel software. This to further optimise the speed, stability and efficiency. In combination with SSD hard drives, significant performance improvements can be achieved without major investments.
Feedback machines
ConstruSteel improved machine control and feedback of all common CNC machines by implementing more intellegence and machine data. Feedback from machines of Voortman Steel Machinery is imported for the progress, production time, status and notification of nesting batches and parts.
Report Builder
One of the many new functionalities is the updated flexible and simplified design of the Report Builder. Reports can be created or modified with the Report Builder to your own discretion and templates can be saved. For example, alphanumeric sortings can be selected for assemblies and parts, modified or new views for work batches, users, order data, payment conditions, projects, parts & preservations, employees, hours and company data.
Track & Trace / EN-1090
ConstruSteel supports CE by adding new functionalities. In this way, the necessary information for CE can be secured in ConstruSteel with minimal effort. Also improvements have been made for printing and formatting labels.
The e-mail catcher has also been further developed for better recognition of certificates in the subject of the incoming e-mail. More and more ConstruSteel users have set up CE in ConstruSteel. Interested companies can contact ConstruSteel for this.
